We took the Zosh service offline at about 10pm CST to begin an upgrade to our storage infrastructure. The server should be down for about two hours while we complete the upgrade. The upgrade will not affect the documents that you already have in Zosh. New documents emailed to the Zosh server will be discarded until the upgrade is complete.
We've got a great community support site where you can ask questions, answer questions and search through user submitted support issues. If your question isn't answered there, you can submit a support ticket directly to Zosh engineers. The entire site is monitored by Zosh support staff.
